From the moment we pulled in, we could feel ourselves taking a deep breath as we took in the gorgeous landscape and the sounds of laughter and music from the tasting room next door. Upon first walking into the home, you are greeted with a genuine sense of warmth and welcome - I honestly thought we were entering a family's home! « WOW!Our host (Melissa) as well as the property were amazing! Incredible location with access to everything we needed. Daughter and I were in town (from CO) for son's college lacrosse championships. Melissa dug out some old fishing poles for us and we had an absolute blast fishing in the pond. The place was impeccable both inside and out which allowed us incredible restful nights of sleep (usually hard to come by when not in your own bed ). « The house itself is a perfectly fine space — clean, comfortable, and close to the water, though not directly waterfront. Our main disappointment was with the management company and overall hosting experience.A few things future guests should be aware of before booking: the beds are not made prior to arrival, so you should expect to make them yourself.
