« this house was as advertised. Great house, amazing location, very clean, and an awesome back yard. We slept 8 adults very easily. The two floors allowed for our adult children to have space downstairs to themselves when needed. We highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Arvada area. »

« This place worked out great. Clean studio inside a larger hotel-like building. The shuttle for winter park picks up right at the building (door q) and drops off at the WP ski resort. »

« We had a blast! Blake was very accommodating in letting us check in early if we need and if the cleaning crew were out before 3. We didn’t need it though. The code for the outside common area was confusing as you have to punch in a lot of numbers but it wasn’t the owners fault. It makes it harder when you want to use the facility.
