« We enjoyed a 3 generation vacation and this house meet all of our needs. Patty was wonderful with all of my questions before, during and after our trip. We even left something behind and it should be in the mail for us.Location was ideal for what we wanted to do. Close enough to see RMNP, Estes Park and the quaint town of Nederland has wonderful food options and shops. The day after we left the strip mall in town had a fire that destroyed everything. « Amenities galore. High end cookware, comfortable beds. Nice linens and the view all the way around is lovely. Our party of 11 was comfortably spread out with much more room for more. The neighborhood has several rules that should be respected, so read the details before booking. The area has charming shops, restaurants and is a stones throw from even more. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location with a host who provided great communication. We will be back! »
