« Great trip. Great host, property, and overall process. »

« Beautiful home which accommodated our family very well! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Host is very responsive. Enjoyed the hot tub for relaxing evenings. This is our third stay here and will be back again soon! »

« Our group of 5 adults stayed here for 2 nights before flying out of Denver. It was nice to be able to spread out, and the downstairs stayed wonderfully cool during the hot temperatures - that was especially nice, since my autistic adult son is very heat-intolerant, and he LOVED the downstairs. The house was quiet, in a convenient location (grocery store right down the street, in a very walkable neighborhood, and with a nearby park and walking trail), and the beds were very comfortable. « Property was a unique experience and a great value! View every morning was amazing! »

« The house is lovely, the location is perfect and the host was very helpful. We’d definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. »

« Lovely home away from home! It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor downside was the exterior; there isn’t much curb appeal, and the downstairs neighbors’ landscaping and hot tub area could use a little attention. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality! »

« Amazing stay with family. Great location in a beautiful setting with a stream basically running through the property. Fantastic stay. »

« This is a fantastic property! This pictures don't do it justice. The inside is bigger than it looks in the pics. We didn't notice the mention of a game room and there wasn't a pic so that was a nice surprise that we really enjoyed. My dog loved the expansive yard that wraps the property. Ken is an excellent host. Very responsive and quick to correct any minor issues we had. Would definitely stay again! »

« Very lovely place. It’s an older home, if you like things perfect this may not be for you. If you’re comfortable with a more eclectic stay, it’s really pleasant. The roosters will wake you up at dawn, you might want to consider earplugs. »

« What a great property in a beautiful setting! Clean and neat with everything you need for a short getaway. We recommend this property at the highest level. We plan on returning in the future. »

« The home was beautiful and very clean. We planned a trip for 6 adults to attend a concert at red rocks. There was plenty of room and it all amenities you could need for your stay. I will definitely look to stay here again when we visit Denver again. »
