« The property was very quiet and charming. It was like staying at my grandmothers house when I was a kid. I would definitely stay here again. However, there is no hot tub like advertised. There are also lots of nails around the house from the newly installed roof. A previous review stated the same issue with nails, and they have not been cleaned up. We picked up lots of nails and metal cuttings during our stay to help. Someone needs to go out with a magnet and clean up the mess from the new roof....

« This combines the best of an historic home with new conveniences. Delores has thought of everything. We have stayed at so many places for our girls trips that are missing key items. This house had everything we needed and more! « We were thrilled with our stay at the Farmhouse (located behind Das Peach Haus). It is an oasis with real farmhouse sounds on or adjacent to the property. Chickens (and roosters) in a coop and wildlife (blue heron, muskrats, frogs) near the pond every day. Even Percy the Peacock visited us regularly on the back porch! Vintage farmhouse layout, but each bedroom had its own bathroom. Less than 2 mile walk to Main St (but driving is advised), yet you feel you are in the country. We'll stay...
