« Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property. I never received check-in instructions prior to our stay and on day of check-in finally messaged the host at 4:15pm. My message wasn't answered so I decided to call the contact #. She answered right away and was apologetic that the instructions hadn't been sent and sent them while we were on the phone together.
