« We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance. »
