« This place needs a good cleaning. Dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. I’m not high class by any means but when I sit down at a restaurant and my chair is dusty and the base boards have so much built up dust that it’s stuck on that’s disturbing. The handle on the hair dryer was sticky, and the light bulbs in our ceiling fan were burnt out. I would highly recommend another place to stay. Also the valet if highway robbery! »

« Service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was slim, cold and utensils/bowls had to be asked for. Room was ok, had to ask for towels daily. The view from our balcony room was the only thing I can give a 10 rating on. Stay at your own risk.😕 »

« No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back. »
