« The hotel was dated which is its main charm. However the carpet in our room was so dated you could see where it was wearing so thin it was beginning to split. The furniture and bedding was good. But the bathroom was neglected and in desperate need of attention. The toilet sat unlevel. So when you sat on it you were afraid you would fall through the floor. « Absolutely recommend this place for anyone staying in Hot Springs area! Check in was a breeze, the facility was very clean and amazing. Our rooms were apartment style and the setup was amazing. The kids got their own quarters separate from us. Very safe and quiet area and also is within a 24/hr security checkpoint which added a safer secure feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time! »
