« For the price, this was a great place to stay with dogs. The house was what I was expecting. Yes, there’s a stair between one side of the house and the other, obviously where the house was expanded. Not a big deal for us. The backyard was perfect for my dogs and plenty of waste bags were made available (thank you!). The owner was extremely responsive. « We are frequent visitors to Hermann and this location did not disappoint. The decor was so cute and inviting, the kitchen was fully stocked with all you will need. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best for enjoying the outside area but it’s perfect for a couple or a group. You can get to downtown Hermann in just a short walk. Next time we will try to rent the property behind the house and invite some friends. Becky was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. »

« At Innsbrook you cannot access the property if your name isnt on the list with the security checkin. We had a confirmation email for our rental, but the property manager failed to leave our names. So checkin took almoat an hour with many phone calls and text messages being unanswered. Eventually it was worked out, but definitely aggravating. We rented this specific cabin for the hot tub. It wouldnt heat, again many phone calls and messages, again unanswered until finally the next day they...

« Very clean,family friendly, even though it was 7 miles out of town they were very Accommodating,they came to puck us up at the train station and there's a van that will take you into town and you can take the trolley to all the wineries,shopping, we all loved our stay,i would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the fram life, they have lots of history, and animals, thank you Susan and Mike for all that you did to make our stay memorable, we would definitely come back. »
