« Really modern comfortable place to stay. Very clean and the host was quick to answer questions. It would be nice to have curtains on the bedroom windows but they face a private roof area so it wasn’t a problem except for early morning light. Loved the breakfast place located below. »

« My son and I were in the area on business we really appreciated the spacious living area andcozy bedrooms. This apartment has been recently renovated with modern comforts while respecting its original 1920’s rustic hereditary. Our host was awesome and made sure we were comfortable on arrival and had everything we needed through-out our stay. »

« The property was the cleanest of any VRBO I have ever rented. The stairs to the second floor were a little daunting for an 88 year old, but dual handrails made the difference. Chuck was very accommodating. Good job! »

« This unit could not have been in a better location! A beautiful, two block walk to downtown historic Florence. The unit itself was updated with nice finishes, but the historic attitude of the building still shown through. The host was extremely communicative from the very beginning through the end. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Just a couple of guys in town for a few days on business. We liked how clean the place was and the location was amazing. We walked to downtown historic area in less than 10 minutes which was nice after a few drinks we could just walk back. Only 2 things that could be improved- the exterior doors were very insecure and there were no outside lights. Very dark. We didn’t really care because we are ex-cops and can handle ourselves. « The apartment is behind a nutrition place (ie loaded teas,Yum). The building had private parking and was very quiet. Could easily walk to restaurant and store. Apartment was cute with 2 beds and a couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. There also a washer and dryer. It was very clean with great A/C. The only thing I didn't have was a hairdryer. Would recommend! »
