« We loved the idea of an abandoned school being converted for multiple uses. Being educators it was fun staying in a school. Very close to beautiful hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay immensely! »

« Place was dirty when we arrived. Bed was not a queen was supposed to be shower only but it was shower tub and was 2 ft high I have bad knees I had to go to daughter to shower. Bed and couch both stained oh and it’s right next door to fire station so we got woken up by sirens .As for ac it had a window unit in front room only so bedroom was hot. I would have canceled as soon as we saw it but Vrbo takes a week to refund and I didn’t have the money to go somewhere else!!!! »

« Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. »

« This place was just about what I expected with a few shortcomings. Communication with the host and the check in process were flawless and check out expectations were clearly communicated. However there was an issue with a endlessly squeaky ceiling fan that we couldn’t turn off, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and none of the little touches that I usually find so welcoming, like coffee for the coffee maker.
