« The room was clean and they did give us new towels even on days they didn't do full cleaning services, which I appreciate. We were given a handicap room and the shower was a little run down and off color. No conditioner or lotion bottles, only a bar soap, with no holder for the soap, and a shampoo bottle. « The room really needed updating, painting and cleaning. The carpet was filthy. We kept our socks on at all times. The couch was ancient and dirty. Beds were comfortable, the only plus of the stay. »

They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept.
