« Joe, our host could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The house was wonderful and close to town and WEC. Great stay. »

« Clean space. Rooms were sparse - they did not have tissue boxes, they did not have trash bins. Kitchen was sparse and did not have trash bags that fit the trash bins provided. No bathroom upstairs was a surprise. Funky smell in house, even with air conditioning on. Room top of the stairs on the left, the shades did not fully prevent the street lamp from shining into room at night, directly into the bed. Door hinges squeaked loudly during bedroom entry and exits. »

« This is a charming quiet retreat right in the heart of town. The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car. The host was thoughtful and available and we very much enjoyed our stay. Yellow Springs is an awesome community well worth checking out. This home felt like the perfect way to experience it. »

« The house was smelly. It was way overpriced for what you get. Good luck getting any sleep as the knocking sounds from the furnace are incredibly loud. Do not stay here. »

« First time renter on vrbo. Had a FANTASTIC experience with this host and the property! Huge, spacious home with all the amenities you could possibly need. We were a group of 7 there for a family reunion. Wonderfully clean rooms with surprisingly comfy beds! The entire neighborhood was beautiful! We could not have had a better experience! »

« Incredibly well appointed and comfortable house. We absolutely loved our stay. The The towels are great, the furniture is super comfortable, and the backyard was such a bonus. We would highly recommend this day to anyone, but especially if you are here for the horseshow. It is so close to the show, and has all of the comforts of home. »
