« We had a yearly golf outing down in the Washington Court House area and this place was great for our group. The place is very accommodating for large groups and has a great outdoor space. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We were attending a national dog show at the Robert’s Center and we were very happy to enjoy this property with our dogs. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t get the garage door shut one day. « Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...
