« False advertisement! Not what I expected at all! »

« I was not satisfied. First night in, it rained really bad, there was sprinkler leaking that was above the stairs. I fell down those steps with my baby in my arms!!!! The apartment is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC! There was no blender, no dish soap or dish rags. The bathroom in the room with the balcony needs some work; there was paint peeling from the ceiling. It kinda grossed me out. »

« 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...
