« This was our 1st time going to Deep Creek Lake. They allowed us to check in a little early which was wonderful! The lobby area was beautiful and had games to play at the tables. Our suite was nice and clean. Some of the lights didnt work so it felt dark in our room. The bed upstairs was very firm. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked having the sofa bed and huge TV. « We did stay off season during the week so the property was quiet. Unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The fireplace was not working and it was reported and no one fixed it or communicated about the issue. There was not a TV in the bedroom. Overall good experience and would stay again. »

« Such a cool place! Gorgeous interior designs and very comfortable. It felt like being in a museum with walls full of art, crystal chandeliers and antiques. We had the botanical room and it was fun and upbeat. It was a small room but still comfortable. The bed was so soft it was difficult to get in and out of it, but otherwise we really enjoyed it.
