« After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame. Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk...

« This was my first stay at a Vrbo and Reston Tiny House was absolutely amazing. Susan goes above and beyond for her guests. She really thinks about every detail and includes everything you need to a perfect stay. The place is wonderful and very comfortable. It is close to lots of nice restaurants and grocery stores. It was very close and convent to the metro to visit DC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. »

« The unit was nice and met our family needs very well. Two queen beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The entrance to the unit requires walking up the side yard to the rear of the house and then descending a staircase. This was fine for our family. Hostess was very accessible and kind. »

Also, there were no kitchen towel and the TP and paper towels were very low end. Overall, a good stay, but for the lack of water pressure. It was hard to brush your teeth with a trickle of water. »
