« There should be a standard that expedia expects from their listings. This place was terrible and very expensive. The area around the cabin was not maintained and overgrown. Furniture is dated and very dusty and worn. No footpath to the door. The linen and towels were awful, we stopped at Family Dollar and bought sheets and towels. I could still get over everything, but the water was the worst, it stinks like rotten eggs. We only stayed one night, this place sucks. It was very hot and we couldn’t...

« Our group of friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at Peaceful Pines. We were there to side-by-side the Black Hills trails. The house was very clean, with a perfect organized setup. It is close to Custer which made it convenient for restaurants, shopping and activities. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and had everything needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Communication was prompt and friendly. We highly recommended this home! »

« The Pinewoods Cabin was everything we wanted and more. Not only was it cozy and immaculate, the location and view were unbelievable! It is at least a 15 minute drive on dirt roads ( well maintained) but the destination is worth it. The kitchen is very well equipped and they even left complimentary coffee pods and snacks on the counter- very thoughtful! If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent from Candace again »

« Great communication with the host. The home is well kept with improvements where needed. We spent a week here with 3 adult daughters, so 5 total people and we had ample space. The scenery is beautiful and the deer visited each day and night. Great stay! »

« It was a nice place for a family to stay and spend time together. Far from everything. Be prepared to not have internet or television at times, which is wonderful if you are trying to get away from it all. The kitchen was amazing!! So many fun gadgets and great for large family cooking. We spent lots of time playing pool, building fires and hanging out in the hot tub. Would go back again to rest. »
