« The home was as pictured, the host has covered many thoughtful touches like the alarm clock sound machines. The property is close to wind cave entrance which we used several times. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space even though the greenery isn’t in yet. The beds were comfortable, we played games, the kitchen was stocked for our meal cooking and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Custer was about an hour away, we hiked and drove needles highway. We enjoyed exploring the area...

« The Pinewoods Cabin was everything we wanted and more. Not only was it cozy and immaculate, the location and view were unbelievable! It is at least a 15 minute drive on dirt roads ( well maintained) but the destination is worth it. The kitchen is very well equipped and they even left complimentary coffee pods and snacks on the counter- very thoughtful! If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent from Candace again »

« This home is beautiful inside and outside, fully stocked, and very welcoming. Comfortable beds and seating areas. We loved our time here visiting. The quiet, deer, French Creek, star gazing, just overall a peaceful vacation. The hosts were very helpful and answered all questions. The cleaning staff did such a wonderful job, the home was spotless when we entered. Will would recommend this lovely property to anyone. It was simply perfect, way beyond five stars. »

« We chose Lisa's property for the pet friendly option, and 4 rooms 3 baths. We had family coming in from Alaska and North Carolina. It was amazing stay! Very well equipped, beyond any place we have stayed. Lots of places to relax and visit in and outside! We were together for saying good bye to our dad and grandpa, and this place felt like home! Thank you for sharing your home!! We would definitely stay again. Also, Lisa met us at check in and showed us around...bonus!! The home is loved. »

« We so enjoyed our stay at Laurie’s Corral. A well appointed and decorated space. Clean, comfortable, in a serene spot but conveniently located to the town of Custer and all of the recreation the Black Hills has to offer. Highly recommend. »

« Non-potable water. Poor water pressure. No broom, mop to clean up after ourselves. Low supplies such as 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for 3 days. We had to buy dish soap, t.p. And paper towels. No grill utensils . The hot tub was not what was in the pictures. »

« Great location for hunting. Close to Custer and day trips to Keystone and Hill City. Located in a quiet country neighborhood. The cabin itself was very clean and everything was in working order and up to date. Can see wildlife while sitting on the deck. Thumbs up! »
