« The Pinewoods Cabin was everything we wanted and more. Not only was it cozy and immaculate, the location and view were unbelievable! It is at least a 15 minute drive on dirt roads ( well maintained) but the destination is worth it. The kitchen is very well equipped and they even left complimentary coffee pods and snacks on the counter- very thoughtful! If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent from Candace again »

« Clean, spacious home in a perfect location to see all Black hills attractions, 5 min to downtown Custer, immediate to Custer State Park,and also a short drive to Badlands. Excellent communication with host. We had a great time here with our family and would rent again on a return visit to this beautiful area. »

« The house was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It was a comfortable place to stay. The host was available if we would have needed anything. »

« Stay away from this one. Not sure what is going on with this house. It has lots of room but no furniture besides beds and 2 torn up, dirty couches. A lot of windows don’t even have window coverings. The house was HOT. The area in which this house is located did not give off the best vibes. We walked in, looked around, saw the condition of the house and we left. We could not stay there with children. »

« The overall stay was good. The porches were so nice, the views were nice, we enjoyed the surrounding neighbors horses and dogs. It's nice to see them from a distance. The house is decorated well and we loved having the roll away beds! The pictures are true to the house specifically and everything in it is really nice. The only thing that is misrepresented is there is a cabin on the same property and there are a good amount of neighbors unlike the pictures. The hall bathroom shower only runs hot...

« It was a nice place for a family to stay and spend time together. Far from everything. Be prepared to not have internet or television at times, which is wonderful if you are trying to get away from it all. The kitchen was amazing!! So many fun gadgets and great for large family cooking. We spent lots of time playing pool, building fires and hanging out in the hot tub. Would go back again to rest. »

« This place was way back in the fields. Looked like a nice place but no phone coverage. My husband has heart issues and we needer phone access. I can't say enough about the host she was very accommodating and returned our money. i can't say enough good things about her. »
