« The home was the perfect size for our family. It is well maintained and very clean. It looks exactly like the photos however the experience of the house is even better than the photos. Communication with the host is easy, friendly, and clear. I highly recommend this property and I hope it’s available for us the next time we visit the island. »

« Close to Edgartown and easy ride to Katama/South Beach. Easy to visit other towns, but liked Edgartown the best. House was fine; AC was excellent; gas grill worked great; kitchen fully stocked (except need a few more larger coffee mugs!). Very quiet
no traffic noise at all!!Pickle ball court was a nice addition in the large flat backyard. Provided two bikes and beach chairs, and skim boards. Owner was very responsive and friendly. »

« If you love and have patience for old homes with character, this one is for you. « Fun old house full of character. Great place to weather out the Nor’easter! Really appreciated the cable and strong wi-fi! Communication with owner was excellent!One caution, if anyone in your party has mobility issues, be aware that the “short walk” is about a half-mile. « We had the absolute BEST time in this beautiful house. Hannah is absolutely amazing and was so helpful with everything we needed. The house is stunning and so cozy. The entire group I traveled with talked about how this house is our dream house! We had 13 people and we all fit very comfortably. « We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood. We were happy to come back to this home after our long days out on the water or at the myriad of events we attended. I gave it 4 stars because the advertisement is a bit misleading and the house needs some work! Yes, it is "newer" construction compared to other similar properties, but it is not "new construction". It really could use a deep cleaning and some TLC. There were several maintenance and repair issues that need to be addressed. ...
