« Ron & Diane are great hosts. The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. Watching the sunset over the water was breathtaking. Our kids enjoyed the beach too. We rode our bikes to the heated pool and had lunch ocean front. We saw deer, bald eagles, and dolphins. The tennis and pickleball at Seabrook was also top notch. We will definitely be back! »

« Location of property is perfect. Condo is not adequately being maintained. Screen doors are torn or not even attached, counter ice maker is full of mold, air conditioning vents are filthy, dresser furniture very cheap, shower curtain does not stay on curtain rings, balcony full of old beach toys and rusted out umbrellas and interior could use a fresh coat of paint. With that said, it is adequate for a quick stay, just don't expect much. »
