« Other reviews warn about a timeshare presentation but we were never approached about that. It’s an old building so naturally it’s noisy but the front desk delivered a box fan at our request which helped a ton! Our room was even better than we thought it was going to be: very spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at 11:00pm without any issues as someone is there 24 hours a day. Very walkable location and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. »

« It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. « We were very pleased with our stay overall. Our loft was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch.
