« Nice place with a lot of space for a big group. The only issue we had was the rooftop patio wasn’t cleaned up, but it was raining, so we didn’t go out there much anyways. »

« Overall clean property and looks as advertised. Had multiple issues w my stay. All the bedrooms do not have TV's in them ( which should be a disclaimer in the listing. Of the two bedrooms that have a TV in them one of them was missing a remote and another TV and establishment was also missing a remote, to their credit they brought us one remote. There we're no wash cloths let for use. Largest issue was w hot tub , main reason we chose property. It was only abt 1/4 filled and dirty so we had to...

« Very nice property, just a few things, blinds are needed at the front door and in the showers. The electricity in the third unit needs to be looked at(it was out in one of the bedrooms, it was addressed). Bigger trash bins are needed, some of the furniture needs updated, the hot tub furniture needs replaced. TV's need to be added to downstairs bedrooms. All in all, I would stay again »

« We were in town for college baseball spring training at Austin Peay. The location was absolutely perfect for us, great location and a comfortable stay. »

« Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. »
