« We have rented large reunion places before. This one looks better online than it was in person. Functionally everything worked, but the decor and furniture were highly dated, hence four stars instead of five. The cleanliness was OK except in the basement, which was very dusty. We had great conversations with the owner. He was very cooperative and easy to deal with. The one disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The pool however, was terrific. »

« Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the niceties of a well run home. For the price, you expect all of the amenities. But the small touches of extra with spices, high quality toiletries, nice dishes and cookware, quality linens, even some basic OTC medications are what Really sets this rental above most! Lost use of the backyard a bit to the neighbors for our last full day/night and not convinced I understand the need to play 'chase the baby geese with the golfcart while yelling honking...

« Our stay in Historical South Park, Dayton OH was a great weekend for our family and attendance at the National Air Force Museum. « Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. On a positive note the owner communicates well and provides all the information needed for check in. Unfortunately that was the only positive. The house is in a rather rundown neighbourhood. The photos of the interior were misleading as the unit is old and renovated to a low standard. The lack of furniture and home comforts means that the unit is stark and devoid of any character. The bath and laundry facilities looked extremely unpleasant and so we didn’t use...
