« The cabana was a perfect size for my friend and I, and was just right for our budget. We thought there was going to be a problem when we first arrived, as there were other occupants in our unit. I reached out to the owner and she immediately got to work solving the problem. We were able to stay for the days we booked, and we had an amazing time! »

« Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews...

« Great house! Close to everything. Multiple beach accesses within a short walk or a quick drive. Pet friendly with fenced backyard and lawn. House was perfect for multi-generation family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy together as well as space to get away for some quiet time. Pool, bikes, and game room games were added bonuses. Communication with Natalie and her team was awesome. »

« Very clean, super fun property! The record player with vintage records was a huge hit with us! The beach chairs and boogie boards came in very handy because the ocean is only a 2 minute drive away! We had a lot of fun playing into the 70s theme of the cottage, and you can feel the love every time you step in. We will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for an amazing experience! »

« Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended! »

« It was a shirt walk to the beach, the history of the cottage was very cool to read about. I love sitting on the porch listening to the waves. »

« The house was exactly as it was shown, the owners very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect, close to so many fun things to see and do. The closeness to the beach and use of the beach chairs wagon and toys was so appreciated. »

« The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. »

"Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" "
