« Let's start with the positive points- very good response time when questions were asked. That's the only positive. Felt communication was not honest on description of the room. The bathroom was dirty. There's a dead bug on the wall, floor was filthy. There were two of us and we were given 2 towels which meant that we used the same towels both days. The positive is that we had extra wash cloths - useless.The television did not work. Whe. I notified the host they had a list of steps to try and get...
