« Great location to get to the Iowa State Fair for a concert. Also the East Village is charming, enjoyed breakfast there the next morning. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described/pictured in the ad. Any time I reached out to the host, he responded almost immediately. And the space was vast. My daughter took over the upstairs bathroom to perform her dance routines and had more than ample space to do so. 10/10 »

« Stayed here multiple times. Never an issue. I can confirm that the tow company is serious, follow the parking instructions. I wasn't towed but saw truck pull up at 10pm and go through lot searching for violations. »

« The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in...

« It is nicer, bigger, and brighter than the pictures. It was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Thank you for being so clean. Lots of coffee pods and multiple bottles of water available for guests. Walking distance to the golf course restaurant. Only constructive feedback is to get better pillows; these pillows were too flat. Great place and would definitely stay here again. »

« It was a wonderful stay! The host was extremely thorough, made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of my messages within minutes! The theater room was icing on top and we enjoyed it! A great landing spot AND hangout spot for our family vacation! »

"Très bel hôtel chaleureux. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très propres. L'état général était ok. L'hôtel est à proximité des restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Le seul bémol, lors de notre premier jour le petit déjeuner avait mis sous clé à 8h30 alors que les horaires sont jusqu'à 9h30 en semaine. La laverie ne fonctionnait pas aussi. Comme la plupart des hôtels le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours."
