« We had a lovely weekend in this cute cottage. Patty is a great host, the neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. Short walk to the thriving Downtown area with shops, bars and restaurants. The large wrap around yard was a huge bonus..our dogs loved it!! »

« Everything was impeccably clean! Full amenities include with absolutely every thought to detail from yard game toys to wash clothes specially for makeup removal! My husband, son and I joked we would love to pick the house up and replace our current home with it on our property in Maryland. Host constantly communicated and made everything from check in to check out efficient! Our favorite part was enjoying the fire pit out back making s'mores! Kid friendly neighborhood too! »

« Inside of the house was very clean and nice, the yard was terribly overgrown and weeds have taken over. The yard was so overgrown I couldn’t let my grandchildren play outside. The weeds are growing in to the electrical box and air conditioning unit outside. We didn’t use the yard outside at all. Communication with the owner was great - we had an issue with the power but he got it fixed right away. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the yard and parking situation. »

« This rental was a breeze! I was traveling by myself with my 15 pound dog and this small cottage was perfect for us. It’s so quiet and peaceful at night. You can walk to the sound side and view the beautiful water and if you’re lucky, see some dolphins swimming by like I did. It’s an excellent place to use as your base for jumping off to day adventures. I highly recommend. »

« House is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It’s perfect for an adult getaway. We went with our adult children to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house »
