« The house was beautiful and in a beautiful location. But, it needed major updates, maintenance and cleaning. The porches were wonderful, but the porch furniture was unusable because of dirt. Our stay was pleasant, but we had to clean dishes and living areas before we used them. The Wyndham Resort was great with many amenities we all enjoyed often. »

« This is truly a special place! You can’t beat the location, especially if you have a boat. The house was equipped with everything my family needed for the week. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing off of the dock. We appreciated the shade from the covered portion of the dock and the fresh water hose to clean our boat off. We thoroughly appreciated the peace and quiet. Joan was a helpful and responsive host and we hardly knew she and her husband were even there during our stay. »

« Exceptionally beautiful home, lots to do on rainy days, very clean, wonderful porch for family meals. Kitchen very easy to cook in...note: you will need to supply all oil, salt/pepper and cleaning supplies, only a starter pack is supplied. Perfect location - off busy streets but easy walk to the beach. The pool was the perfect place for our little ones to swim.We were told there were not rainy day activities but actually there were lots! Below under the house is a dart game and basketball game....

« Sand by Me is an old-school beach house that benefits from an excellent location and solid overall comfort. It's very dog friendly which was a big selling point for us, and we loved the ocean view from the screen porch, and it offers the best beach access you could have other than being beach-front.On the down-side this is an older home that has some quirks and could use a round of investment in maintenance and upgrades, but can't beat the price for this location, space and dog friendliness.The...

The size of the house is amazing with multiple living rooms and a separate dining room as well as seating at the bar, it offers plenty of space for multiple families and kids to stay in the same home.
