« Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

« First, couldn't use a credit card, the air conditioning didn't work, almost no water pressure, and the place didn't smell very pleasant. Then had to fight to get my money back for the second night, so I could go some where else. »
