« This was the best place I have ever stayed in! This cabin is so romantic and quiet and private- we absolutely loved our time here, 3 nights. It is on a cattle farm, with beautiful views and so peaceful You could spend hours INSIDE the cabin looking at all of the collections, the history, the art and just relaxing!!!! Sarah is an amazing host and she has EVERYTHING you need right there. Her suggestions of places to go to were wonderful. We absolutely cannot wait to return. »

« A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out,...

« I just wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend with my dog. The cabin was exactly like its pictures. It’s definitely a fisherman or hunters cabin, but it was very clean and actually had everything that I needed. Don’t expect five star or even a four star but again like I said, it was very nice and clean comfortable. Had a fire pit and the park style grill. Right across the street was a boat ramp and that walked around to the beach.. »

« The house is very private, comfortable and well appointed with all of the necessities. We were three couples and we were all were very happy with our bedrooms and the communal areas - the porches, the great room with the comfortable couches and chairs, big table, games, and the ample well equipped kitchen. This place is awesome! »

« We had a yearly golf outing down in the Washington Court House area and this place was great for our group. The place is very accommodating for large groups and has a great outdoor space. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely stay here again in the future as the place has everything you need for a great and relaxing stay. »

« Great little cabin. cute decor. Extras (wine, snacks) were unexpected and welcome treat. Plenty of towels and kitchenette nicely equipped. Hope to return again sometime. »
