The property is immaculate, very inviting and beautifully decorated, well supplied for a comfortable stay plus self check in and check out are extremely easy. Malissa is always responsive to any concerns and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property located in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory. »

« Great location! We ended up walking downtown and enjoyed the area, no need to drive at all. The only thing I world day is the front door isn't clearly labeled so we did take a minute to figure out which one was ours and if you can't sleep with beightnes the bedroom is very bright all night and you can hear all noises out the bedroom window.. The place was clean, the shower was great and if we were to go to Dayton again I'd stay here..with a sleep mask. »

Air conditioner worked great Things that could use improvement—not enough comfortable sitting in the living room for six people. Black out shades in the room with twin beds so kids sleep longer. Better mattress support so when two adults sit on the mattress it doesn’t sag almost to the floor »

« We had a great stay! The apartment was just like the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. Loved that it had both a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The area was great too—safe, quiet, and walking distance to a nice bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again! »

« I can not give a experience for the Mellow Mimosa Misson, Condo because we could not stay at the condo. When we got the instruction on access to the place, we learned that it was on the third floor and had no elevator and had to walk up and down 2 flights of steps. Since we are elderly we could not do this. We had to stay at a hotel in Fairborn. We were disappointed that the listing for the place did not include the place was on the third floor with no elevator. We informed the host that we had...

« Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again. »
