« We had to leave because they're were bed bugs. We were told a refund from Expedia would be issued but still havent gotten the refund »

« the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town »

« I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved. »

« I loved the fact that the front desk clerk understood what hours I worked when they close at 9pm, she was willing to stay an hour over til I got off work to get checked in! I appreciated that so much so I will book here for now on. »

« There were black bugs in my bed & none of the electrical outlets worked! We couldn't charge our phones or use our CPAPS! I went to the desk & reported these issues. The desk clerk said that he would contact his boss & call me back. I never heard back from them. We will NEVER stay here again!!! AWFUL experience! »

« Un arrêt de 3 jours pour jouer un tournoi de bridge. Hotel confortable et accueil sympathique. Situé tout près du site du tournoi, c’était idéal pour nous. Nous avons une remorque et le stationnement est grand et facile d’accès. Un seul point faible le WiFi est très mauvais. »

« L'hôtel par lui-même est correct mais quand on arrive dans la chambre, la première impression est la négligence, les rideaux décrochés déchirés sales le siège de bureau indigne d'une déchèterie fauteuil tâché, le dessus de lit tâché ne donne pas envie de se coucher. Sinon dans l'ensemble la propreté est là et le confort aussi. »

« I was booking through Expedia and as I was about to check out my phone died when it turned back on it was now 2400 and I was only able to book the room from the 31st of June to the 1 of July. She said check out normal isn’t till. 11 but let me in anyway cuz in her words she felt bad. However on the morning of the 31 of June she came banging on the door saying I needed to leave and eventually called the cops who agreed that my hotel dates were still valid and she was wrong but I still have not...
