The accommodations were great (kitchenette, towels, water pressure, living spaces, balcony, views); however, access from the West building and the Main Lobby made it difficult to navigate the buildings at times. »

« They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room? »

« Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. »
