« This is a great property and Cassi an excellent host. Clean, quiet, updated...and AWESOME sunrises over the lake from the deck! We will be booking again since we are in the area several times a year. »

« We had an excellent! Summer was fantastic and very responsive, providing everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We did have a small issue with the shower drain; however, Summer responded quickly and corrected the issue the next day. The house was a little out of the way, but I enjoyed every minute. I would love to stay here again! »

« The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5. »

« Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home in Manhattan. We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees. The house sits back from the main road so that offers nice privacy. There is a huge driveway to park in with tons of space. The owner was great with communication and it was very affordable. « We hosted a get together for an upcoming wedding and was the perfect set up! So clean and inviting. The location was great, near all major road ways to get wherever and back super easy. »

« This rental went above and beyond our expectations. The house is much nicer and bigger in person. The amenities are extraordinary. You 1,000% get what you pay for and then some! 10 out of 10 recommend and we will be back! »

« We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras...

The property was even better than described—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and country charm. It felt welcoming and peaceful from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the nearby trails, the lake with kayaks, and the hot tub—such a fun and relaxing way to explore a new side of Manhattan. The home had everything we needed and more.
