« Bed bugs in bed room closest to the bathroom. VRBO credit me most of the money, host is being incredably difficuly. Photos were sent of the mattress with live bugs under it. First bug found on the wall next to the pillow, my wife and I lifted the mattress to find more. We left that night. When you walk in the place it appears very nice and clean. Except for the bed bugs. If you rent the place check under the mattress first, the mattress is very heavy. Dont expect much help from Evolve, VRBO...

« The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle. »

« We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, cozy, and nice. The property owner was very nice and was very easy to communicate with. If I ever stay in Lexington again it will be here. »

« The apartment was very clean and nice. We were staying for the music festival Railbird at the Red Mile, so it was a very easy walk making the weekend nice not having to worry with parking or taxis service. Traffic was a mess and we just walked right on by. Thanks for a great weekend »

« The pictures do not actually depict what you are getting. I walked in and the place was gross. Smelled really strongly of cigarettes. There were cabinets off the hinges in the kitchen and dirty towels. I didn’t even end up staying there and am still working on getting a refund. »
