Comté de Christian - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« This property is just ok. The kitchen is beautiful. The pictures didn’t lie. However, the beds are absolutely horrible. They are hard, uncomfortable and not fit for an extended stay. When it rains there is a rancid smell that consumes the unit. The owner cannot remedy this problem. When the rain stops the smell goes away. The washer and dryer is located in a smelly unfinished basement with missing buttons. It’s dark and unclean, and feels generally unsafe. I only recommend staying here for 2 days...

« This apartment is super cute and clean. It’s in a nice neighborhood just two blocks away from beautiful Washington Park. It was very quiet and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs to get up to this unit so it may not be suitable for people with very young children or those with mobility issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would choose this property again. »

« Amazing and elegant rooms, living spaces, and furniture, with plenty of old relics and decorations to really make you feel like you’re living in the past. All that and modern mattresses, pillows, and sheets! Very comfortable! »

« We rented the 2nd and 3rd floors and were very pleased with the place. It definitely had the historic charm, was very clean, and very close to all of the historical attractions. Would definitely recommend. »

« Amazing location, very close to downtown. Would highly recommend. »

« Very clean and everything as promised! Would stay again! »

« Property was very spacious, it is even roomier than it appears in photos we had a small get together and it was perfect size and had great features like the shower and open floor plan in kitchen, dining , living room area everything was just perfect. »

« Beautiful and perfect location. We enjoyed both the home and surrounding area. »

« I think I would add an air filter. There is a bit of an old house smell, obviously because it is indeed old. It can trigger allergies. The shower is detaching from the wall, so I would definitely handle that. The coffee was good but low on creamer. There was nothing major, and I am quite picky. The town is right by a huge lake which is beautiful. With a little more detail to the smaller things, I think it could be quite inviting. Put some plants out front. The husband is only on his 40’s and...

« Spacious, modern, and well-located unit. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Springfield. »

« Easy to get in and check out. Could have been cleaner, I had to wipe down the tub before bathing my kids. »

« The floors were dirty. Everything else looked pretty clean. The noise from the other apartments was pretty bad. Mostly from above. Footsteps where loud. »

« Unfortunately in today’s world, it’s hard to function, especially meetings & contracts without WiFi. I stayed Wednesday - Wednesday , 7 nights. I only had WiFi for 1 night. The TV would not turn on, the maintenance man ( who was very nice) brought a new remote. After he left the WiFi was not working, he came the next day & reset the router. By the next morning it was down again. Very delayed communication at that point, they were tired of me. Then I was ghosted. I rarely like to give a...

« The property was very clean. Had everything I needed for a great stay. Wish there was a TV in bedroom. »

« Lauren is always the best always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing stay. We have stayed several times and will continue to do so. »

« This unit was not clean. The shower and one of the beds had hair, floors were sticky throughout, and dishes were left in the dishwasher. The fees charged added up to a full nights stay! I tried to inquire about these and received no response. The building was also very loud. For the money I paid, I expected much better! »
