« We enjoyed the spacious cottage, how clean everything was, and that there was a restaurant on site. However, the pool was pretty dirty (the small one) and they called me two days prior to check in to tell me the waterpark would not be available during our stay, this was my daughters birthday trip and the waterpark on site was the entire reason we chose the property. Had they called when we could change plans and get our money back, I would have chosen another place to stay. But we were stuck....

« Great location and amenities! Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. We had issues with no hot water in the evenings for the entire 4 days of our stay. The TV in the master bedroom was inoperable but we never returned to the room in time to report it since the office closed at 5:00pm. The real deal breaker for us is the master bath is wide open to the bedroom. There was no door so there was no privacy at all. »

« The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy. »

« The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable. AC worked great. The pool and the swim up bar was pretty awesome. The restaurant there was really good. The staff were really friendly. The only thing I would say is that our room didn’t have a lot of outlets, also the lighting in our room was only by lamps. Which at night it got kinda of dark. But with all that said we really enjoyed our stay! »

« After we checked in you go to the next counter and get your parking pass. He says Expedia has a discount for shows. I'm thinking like something so different. They hit you up for 2 hours of trying to sell you vacation package. I wasn't aware of this. The pools were nice to swim in. I booked this hotel for the water slide and of course it was broke! Didn't offer a discount on next time stay. That was disappointing along with the roaches in our bed and on the wall. I thought for sure the manager...
