« We had a great week at this house! If your kid is playing at Dreams Park it is the place to stay!! It is 2 minutes from the park and about 15 minutes from the hall of fame in Cooperstown. The host was responsive and great to work with!! »

« The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

« A perfect Cooperstown gem! Centrally located b/w CDP and downtown restaurants, ice cream, activities, etc. Fit our family of five perfectly. We really enjoyed the stay and it was well appointed with amenities (sheets, towels, soap, etc). Beautiful views on the deck for enjoying coffee! »

« Perfect!!! It is the only way I can describe this property and the hosts. We have stayed at multiple rentals in the past and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. Beds are soooo comfortable. They have everything you would need and the ponds are so fun for the kids! They loved exploring the property. It took us about 17 minutes to get to the fields and we never encountered any traffic. We will hopefully be back in the future! »
