« We love this hotel! Stay there alot and its always great. »

« The staff were great but the room itself wasn’t good at all. The dining table and chairs were broken, the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, I couldn’t give my kids a bath cause the stopper on the tub wouldn’t go down. There were earwigs and silver fish all through the bathrooms. The carpet smelled like sour milk. I honestly wasn’t even slightly happy. »

« While others were right saying you would be pushed onto Concierge after check in to sign up for the presentation, I simply said "I kindly decline" and was never asked again or even pushed with follow-up questions. I felt zero pressure to sign up or attend anything. The staff was exceptionally kind and very helpful even though we would not be attending any presentation.
