« Hi! We love your property. Our Bellman, Corey was excellent in providing fantastic service. Your valet parking system is disgraceful. Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things. »

« The space was clean, spacious and well-appointed. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was unnecessary as I was the only person, but they didn't have a one bedroom. When I booked it, I didn't realize it was basically a full apartment with kitchen living room and dining room. The king bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows as well. The decor is dated, but all was clean and comfortable. The biggest knock I have was lack of soundproofing. I could hear every step the people...
