« Check in and parking info was clearly communicated, the unit was as advertised. It was a great location - close to everything on Broadway and Bridgestone (we were there for the rodeo). The communication, even after check-in, from Avent was impressive. »

« This house was perfect for our family vacation! Every couple had their own bathroom and bedroom which is wonderful, especially when you have 5 women trying to get ready to go out! The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning walks. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. Check in and check out could not have been easier and the host/house manager had perfect communication! Every question or concern was answered within minutes! We would definitely stay here again! »

« Four women in town for a conference. Great, safe location in a quiet neighborhood. We all slept well. The house was cute. The bathroom is tiny and tile could be a little cleaner, but we made it work. We ate at Butcher Town Hall. The Mac and cheese topped with bbq was delicious. Also ate at the GOAT and had the BEST sweet potatoes brussel sprout appetizer! We hoped for Monell's, but the wait was too long. Our host was attentive. I would stay again. »

« Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could have been better stocked with glasses, small tea spoons. Yes, the neighbors dogs barked, but didn't bother our sleep. »
