« The house was nice. The listing said 14 people but there was no way the 14 adults would have fit . Maybe 6 adults and 6 to 7 smaller children. Also best if you check in early in the day as the entrance is not easy to find. Also with the additional buildings that the owners are building parking was very limited. We only managed 3 for our entire family. Trails are not marked either we were unable to find the waterfalls shown on the pictures. »

« Prompt communication before, during and after our stay. Close to hiking and away from city traffic. Franklin was a great location for food, distilleries and all essentials. »

« Loved the property - it was so beautiful and peaceful. Leaves were still changing colors, river/lake is so pretty behind the house. The house was perfect for us - Melisa even double checked what they had to be sure we had or brought everything we needed to cook a family Thanksgiving! While house is set up for about 4 people, we had 7 of us for dinner and it was perfect! Beds were comfy, lots of nice towels, throws to snuggle on the couch with. We'll be back! »

« The cabin was charming and conveniently located for the area we needed during our stay. There is a great coffee shop, “Red White & Brewed”, nearby with breakfast sandwiches as well.However, upon arrival we found dead bugs on the floors and windowsills, personal items and trash under the fold-out bed, stained sheets, a dirty bathtub, empty wine bottles left on the upstairs balcony, and dirty outdoor furniture. After settling in for the evening, we also noticed a stain on the underside of the bunk...

« The cabin was probably great back in the day. Alot of interesting memorabilia surrounded by a really nice property. The bad however outweighed the good. Cabin was not very clean, the refrigerator/freezer was very dirty. We decided since seeing this that we would go ahead and re wash the sheets. Smelled really musty, I can understand that with the location, but I started coughing 2 days in, could have been allergies but I suspected mold where the bathroom roof leaked. once I left my cough...

« This cabin is exceptional. It is spacious and cozy all at the same time. Everything you need has been supplied plus more. The host really cares for her property and has paid attention to details. The cleanliness is superb. The host is very responsive easy to communicate with. You can tell that she really enjoys hosting. Its definitely a place to revisit. »

« A very nice quiet property in the middle of rural Tennessee… The place was very quaint and woodsy, all the amenities were available and easy to use, and it was a most enjoyable weeklong visit to the area! We appreciated the privacy and the easy simple layout of this property. Would definitely consider coming again! »
