« Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price. « The room was nasty, there were roaches and they didn't have the two bed we needed so we had to settle for a king bed and pull out couch. Not ok at all »

« Bed linens were stained, towels were completely yellow with hair on them, walls and door frames covered in greasy black hand prints and grime. Two small bars of soap that were given 1) didn’t lather and 2) didn’t even last a full shower before disintegrating. There was a man sitting in the back of his box truck with the back door rolled up right outside our door for hours.
