« The property was beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner had left nice little touches like two laundry pods and a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. We were there for NC State Orientation. We were a 9-minute drive to the campus and a 7-minute drive to downtown Raleigh for dinner. »

He was friendly, clear and concise in his communication, and provided too many thoughtful details to mention. We would stay again! « We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't spend much time there as we were busy visiting with family, but the time there was relaxing. We enjoyed the comfy long couch. And my 4 year old enjoyed the large bath tub. The toilets have built in toddler sized toilet seats, which we appreciated. And the air conditioning cooled the place very well. If given the opportunity, we would probably stay again when in the area. »

The thoughtful details were much appreciated - from the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar to the firewood and fire starters to high end towels and toiletries. « Adorable cottage in close proximity to downtown Fuquay. Extremely clean. Perfect for our stay. Enjoyed the flavored coffee & teas. Everything brand new. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back! Thanks for responding so quickly to all our questions. »

« Good space, nice and safe location, updated, etc... great all around. I do wish the 1st level of the townhouse was opened to us. it was weird having a whole level locked. But overall great! »

« We stayed here during our daughter’s graduation. It was perfect size to accommodate several family members and close to campus which made it very convenient for all of the back and forth from things. I highly recommend. »

« Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The original reservation was canceled by the host the day we were supposed to check in, while we were already traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We were placed in a replacement property that was completely unfit for guests.The home had serious electrical issues, including lights and outlets that didn’t work. The stove was broken, and the linens were used and dirty—we had to wash them ourselves. There was dust everywhere, food...
