The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. « Beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets and event venues!! Space is just as described and pictured. Host communicated quickly with any questions or needs. Would definitely stay again— thank you!! »

« The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
