« The space is very dated. Very little furnishings. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The bed is a top foam mattress on wood planks. Very uncomfortable. You could tell the bathroom flooded because the base boards were swollen from water. It was hard to believe they had a flood because the water pressure was almost nonexistent. Live and learn. »

« The Landing Apartment was great. Perfect location, clean and very walkable to explore the city. Only small thing is I would have liked something in the shower to put your toiletries on. Otherwise it was perfect and the food hall across the street was an amazing bonus. Would definitely stay there again! »

"Hotel ideally located if you want to go to the convention center. All things considered, this hotel isn't so bad. I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially on my return trip, which I had booked through Hotels.com. When I got back to France, I noticed that €25 had been charged to my account in addition to the advance payment I had already made at the time of booking. When I checked out, I wasn’t told anything about this invoice other than that an email would be sent to the address I had provided at the time of booking. Back in France, I hadn’t received any message and discovered this €25 charge on my account. I therefore tried to contact the hotel to receive an invoice for this amount. The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoice—which is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation. I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com! "
