« This was a beautiful place to stay, right in the heart of Boyne City with so much to see and do. This house was very comfportable in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Lake Charlevoix a few blocks away, a bike path that one way takes you into Boyne Mountain and another way into Young State Park and Avalanche Preserve with wonderful views and hiking paths were great October fun. The backyard was so private and the firepit and wood supplied were appreciated. »

« Cannot say enough good things about this house! Walking in we were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the kitchen and living areas were. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and linens. The layout of the house gave everyone plenty of space, storage racks for skis, boot warmers and privacy. « This was a fantastic, charming cottage equipped with everything we could need! There was lots a comfortable seating and a gas stove to snuggle around. The home was immaculate with plenty of places to store your gear. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, winter or summer. We so hope to stay here again! »

« No curb appeal. Old home that needs a face lift. Some updates. Musty smell. Sheets and pillows felt and smelled like they had not been washed. Kids room did not have sheets. Fridge was dirty. Had to kill spiders. Two of us ended up sleeping on the couch. Not a great experience. We were all glad to leave. »
