« We would gave the property 3 stars. The location is wonderful but the apartment could be more comfortable and functional. Here are my suggestions.The dishes are limited. At a minimum add wine glassesBlinds are not all working and are difficult to open and close.Bathroom towels: lots of bath towels but 1 hand towel is not enough.Main living area furniture is worn and not comfortable. Outside lights are continually going on and off.Only 3 hangars in the closet and the one bedroom has no...

« This beautiful home was perfect for us to bring two sets grandparents to come and see their Hawkeye perform in her dance recital at the University of Iowa. The kitchen is well stocked and the home itself is very neatly decorated. Looks like a blast for gameday! We loved being able to stay all together for the weekend! »

« This was the perfect place to stay for a very busy graduation weekend. Big porch, fire pit and barbecue were big hits. A very nice place to unwind and spend time relaxing with friends and family. Thank you! »

« The first sign was the door knocker hanging by one screw dangling on the front door. Much in poor repair. Wobbling stair rails, sink didn't drain, grill didn't work (extra irritating since we had contacted the host ahead to confirm they had a grill so they knew it would be used) and multiple TVs throughout the house (some rooms with multiple) and most didn't have remotes. On the positive, very nice appliances and kitchen/family room area. »

« It is a cute house in a neighborhood of MCM houses. It is not a walkable location but everything is a short drive away. Since this is a split level house, it is not for anyone with mobility issues. The living spaces are on the first floor. The bedrooms and 1 bath are a level down and the small second bath and rec room are another level down. »

« Great location on a quiet street, centrally located in Iowa City. Rooms were very accommodating and nice place to enjoy time together. Check in was easy and no hassle - parking worked out well for us. Would stay there again next time in Iowa City. »

« The house was charming and had plenty of space for our group. The location was excellent. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. There were a few issues inside. The refrigerator had a leak and the house needed a deep cleaning to remove dust after the winter. The bathroom fixtures need some updating, particularly in the small back bathroom. »
