« Comfortable bed, it was nice having a room walk out to the pool. The food was good! They need to explain at checking how order food works, need to explain the tools of pool and hot tub at check in. We wanted to sit in the hot tub with out kids for 10 min before getting out and going to bed and a worker stopped us said no kids. We had been there all day from 3 pm and seen kids going back and forth all day nothing said then we go to use it and told no... my daughter started balling and not the way...

« Nice and bright rooms and a good pool And a hot tub, but it was surprising that for a suit hotel they did not provide any pots and pans . After much asking all I got was a 6 inch fry pan, ended up eating out which defeated the point of staying with a kitchen hope management looks into this »

« We had to wait an additional 15 minutes beyond our 3 PM check-in time for one of our rooms. »

« I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...

« It was a wonderful delight staying in this beautifully secluded space. The hosts were attentive, accommodating and extremely nice. We had everything we needed and then some to enjoy our family holiday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. »
