« Good location for visiting the University. Very clean and looked new. We had a nice stay, however the instructions for parking garage and apartment building entrance & elevator were confusing. Also, misinformation on parking spot. Had a lot of back and forth communication with co-host for over an hour. Not fault of owners but note that there was a lot of street noise during night and early morning and a couple of homeless people just outside the building. »

« We loved the location! So beautiful overlooking downtown Rock Island. We were high above with well kept grounds and woodsy landscape. The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful! »

« What a unique VRBO! Loved all the brick. Absolutely loved the patio and gas fireplace too! Tim was a very responsive host as well. Right downtown and right on the river. So many sights to be seen. The trains do run right by the place at any time. The earplugs and noisemakers were a plus! There are also a lot of steps but we had no problem with them at all. You are definitely right in the middle of so many fun things to do! »
