« This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs. »

« We had a great time. We loved the cozy cabin vibes, kids loved the hot tub and creek. For anyone with little kids the stairs to the creek are quite steep and there were no gates which could be concerning for littles. The upstairs bathroom NEEDS a blind. We improvised with a towel but it has been mentioned in previous reviews and is still wide open when you step out of the shower. Also blinds in the loft for that extra bedroom, kids were up with the sun! The property isn’t as private as I thought...

« When my husband and I first located this Cabin on Vrbo, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rick Gonsor is the most thoughtful, gracious host.He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The cabin was just perfect! « Cabin was a perfect home for a cozy mountain getaway. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the game room upstairs. The hot tub was also a great addition! The owner even gave me some tips that allowed us to catch multiple fish and provided memories for years to come. This is definitely a house we would book again. Location was conveniently placed near downtown Boone but far enough out to give the right amount of privacy. Lots of hidden gems in this house and if your on the fence, book it! »
